Jean is an accomplished project manager and engineer with over 28 years of experience in exterior restoration and historic preservation. Jean’s work consists of national and international projects that include residential, commercial, institutional, public, and religious buildings.

Lauren Stahl

Exterior & Interior Preservation

Lauren has been working in the field of historic preservation for more than 25 years and has managed a broad spectrum of exterior and interior projects for existing / historic buildings. Her projects have ranged from historic farmsteads to residential buildings, parks to plazas, and (private and public) institutions to commercial spaces.

Agustinus Chandra

Project Manager

Agustinus is an experienced project engineer with over 20 years of expertise in exterior restoration and façade inspection. He specializes in FISP / Local Law 11 projects, managing site inspections, condition assessments, construction documentation, and DOB filings. His work spans residential, commercial, and institutional buildings across New York City, with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and long-term building performance. Agustinus brings a detail-oriented, solutions-driven approach to every project.

Technical Associate

Elizabeth is a designer and technical associate with experience in architecture, construction documentation, and field coordination. Over the years, she has worked on a variety of restoration, renovation, and interior design projects across New York and Florida. Elizabeth brings a strong background in site surveying, estimating, and document preparation. She is proficient in AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Suite, with a solid understanding of FISP filings and DOB processes.

Braulio Orellana

Technical Associate

Braulio is a technical associate with extensive experience in CAD drafting, surveying, project dynamics, and construction estimating. He has worked on a variety of facade repair projects throughout New York City, including work in the Bronx, Brooklyn, and Staten Island. He is a graduate of an ABET-accredited college and possesses in-depth knowledge of the architectural software required for nearly any project.

Office Manager

Sharon is an administrative professional with experience supporting executives and project teams in the architecture and engineering field. She prepares proposals, manages calendars, and supports internal documentation and reporting. Sharon is fluent in English and Spanish and skilled in coordinating tasks across fast-paced, remote environments.
