LEED Design

Lingineering has been a LEED Accredited Professional since 2010. We provide third-party validation that our client’s construction projects meet certain sustainability standards, such as a LEED Silver certification rating, or better. The use of ASHRAE Standard 189.1 as a code helps to ensure that our clients and contractors understand those requirements and deliver construction projects that will meet those sustainability standards.

Local Law 11 Inspection & Filing

Lingineering helps building owners comply with New York Local Law 11/98 requirements by coordinating with contractors conducting inspections and preparing reports to file with the New York City Department of Buildings.

Under New York City Local Law 11/98, all city buildings with six or more stories above basement must have their exterior walls and appurtenances periodically inspected by a licensed professional engineer or registered architect. Lingineering will prepare this report for you and file it with the New York City Department of Buildings.
