Hudson Manor Terrace is a mid-century 4-building complex located in the Riverdale neighborhood in the Bronx. It has 2 garages, courtyard, community garden and private playground.  

Lingineering is implementing the investigation, design, filing, bidding, and construction administration of the roofing replacement, balcony repair, and all necessary repair work related to rectifying reported leak conditions.  Exterior repairs will consist of concrete repair and waterproofing coating at balconies, windowsill and lintel refurbishment and replacement, as well as exterior brick replacement and repointing.
