Atlantic Terrace, modern 10-story residential building, maintains a green building LEED Gold certification, common terrace roof deck, and basement parking garage.  

Lingineering implemented the investigation, design, filing, bidding, and construction administration of all necessary repair work related to comply with Local Law 11 requirements as well as repair items to rectify leak condition.  Services were performed in the following phases:  preparation of project manual, bid review, filling, and construction administration.  The project involved water testing and probing, concrete repairs and panel replacement to match existing, window lintel relieving angle refurbishment, windowsill bed joint replacement, brick replacement, as well as cross joint sealant and expansion joint replacement.
