Ocean Parkway is a building located in the Kensington neighborhood in Brooklyn.  It was built in 1931 and has 6 stories and 54 units.  Lingineering worked with the owner as the engineer consultant for an entire building line structural repair.  This included structural inspections and investigations and preparation of the project manual as well as reviewing and revising specifications, drawings, and submittals.  Work involved structural repairs, including window lintel refurbishment, corner reinforcement, and brick replacement and repointing.  All windows were replaced.  The project also involved demolition, including asbestos abatement; and masonry repairs, temporary facilities, as well as open and close probes in selective locations.
