The Riverdale YM-YMHA community center reported water penetration, excessive air infiltration, and deterioration of the existing glass block windows.  Water tests on the roof and probes performed at the parapet wall confirmed that the existing waterproofing details were insufficient.  

Lingineering designed new details at the parapet walls to address the condition as well as evaluated structural stability of glass block windows and openings for new windows.
