Lingineering implemented the structural design of load-bearing wall removal for an interior renovation of an Upper West Side private residence within the Von Colon Building, originally built in 1907. 

Project services included performing structural calculations for the proposed work as well as developing and preparing shoring and new structural design details.  Lingineering also performed special inspections during the construction in accordance to 1 RCNY §101-06 for welding, structural stability, and post install anchors.
