North Point Tower is a nine story multi-family elevator building constructed in 2005. Exterior walls are constructed of brick masonry and aluminum composite panels. 

Lingineering has been retained to perform a building wide forensic investigation and exterior restoration strategy related to existing deterioration conditions of the balconies, exterior walls, windows, roofs, and other miscellaneous items at the property.  Lingineering will coordinate with mechanical engineer and/or acoustic engineer when required, coordinate with a qualified contractor to perform water test and probes, and provide reports on the investigation result and solution including cost estimates.

Lingineering will also implement the design and filing of exterior restoration work at the property to correct the current deteriorating conditions in accordance to the investigation results.
