This luxury six-building housing development is one of Harlem’s premier addresses.  The buildings were constructed in 1958 and have recently renovated their balconies, terraces, and lintels where required. 

Lingineering worked with the architect as the engineer consultant and performed structural inspections and investigations when requested and assisted in the preparation of project manual as well as reviewed and revised specifications, drawings, and submittals.  Lingineering also provided consulting services involving concrete balcony and post pocket repairs and coatings as well as terrace repairs and lintel replacement and refurbishment.  The project also involved masonry repairs, temporary facilities, as well as open and close probes in selective locations.
