Carol Gardens is a twin 17-story high rise apartment complex built in 1968 and located in the Soundview area.  The 880 residence includes commercial space located outside the main entrance.   

Lingineering provided Local Law 11 inspection services to identify, document, and prioritize repairs on existing conditions as well as prevent future areas of concern.  We are continuing with leak investigation, design, and construction administration for operations on the project. The project consists of preparation of project manual, and construction negotiation and administration. Exterior repairs will consist of brick & corner replacement, shelf angle waterproofing, concrete repairs at bulkhead, balconies, and stairs, application of waterproof coating, joint sealant replacement, mortar joints pointing, as well as window sill and chimney coping stone replacement.
