Campos Plaza is a mixed-use 350-unit Section 8 residential building development located in the East Village of New York.   The building is undergoing a complete renovation including façade and roof insulation and waterproofing, infrastructure modernization, interior renovations to all apartments as well as a substantial landscape and hardscape revitalization including transformation of 20,000sf of outdoor space into new parkland.    

Lingineering implemented the design, filing, bidding, and construction administration of all necessary repair work related to comply with Local Law 11 requirements.  The scope of work includes window sill repair and replacement, concrete repair, and miscellaneous repairs.  Services include preparation of project manual, bid review and interviews, filling, and construction administration.
